Return Policy This Return Policy covers the buyer against ‘damaged’, ‘defective’ and ‘not as described’ products for refurbished phone segments. Here are the different case scenarios where our return/replacement policy works:
Change of Mind: Within 3 days of delivery of our refurbished phone, you may initiate a return request of the refurbished phone for a full refund, no questions asked. The phone must be in its original, in the same condition as received with all accessories and invoice included.
Defective phone: If you find a manufacturer defect in our refurbished phone, you are entitled to a free replacement within the warranty period (specified on the product page of our website and invoice).
Different product: If you receive a phone that does not match your order, we will promptly arrange for a replacement.
• The return Policy is 3 days from the date of delivery.
• Refund is only approved in case replacement is not available with Mobuyls.
• For all products, the policy on the product page shall prevail over the general return policy.
• The exchange and returns will be subject to availability of the stock.
No Return Categories: Products in this category are not returnable due to their nature or other reasons. The products of this category will be labelled/highlighted on the product page and invoice.
Mobile Refurbishing Company Return and Replacement Policy.
Replacement Process:
1. Initiate a Return/Replacement Request: To initiate a return or replacement, please visit our website or contact customer service through the phone number (+918851405415) or email address (customersupport@mobuyls.com). It is also mentioned on your invoice.
2. Return the refurbished phone: You will be responsible for returning the original phone. The shipping for this return shall be arranged and charges shall be paid by the customer.
3. Replacement processing: Once we receive the phone, the replacement request will be processed. We’ll aim to dispatch the replacement phone within 2-5 business days of approval.
1. All software versions & updates will be according to the brand policy & guidelines. Mobuyls is not responsible for any such guidelines or policy changes by the Brands.
In order to help you resolve issues with the product, the seller’s authorized personnel may troubleshoot your product either through online tools, over the phone, and/or through an in-person technical visit.

After pick-up, the product will be checked for the following conditions once the same is received by the seller:
Category Conditions
Correct Product: IMEI/ name/ image/ brand/ serial number will be matched.
Complete Product: All in-the-box accessories (like chargers, cable, etc.), as applicable, freebies and combos (if any) should be present.
Unused Product: The product should be unused, without any stains and with non-tampered quality check seals/return tags/warranty seals (wherever applicable).
Before returning, the device should be formatted and screen lock (pin, pattern, or fingerprint) must be disabled.
Undamaged Product: The product (including SIM trays/ charging port/ headphone port, back-panel etc.) should be undamaged and without any scratches, dents, tears, or holes.
Undamaged Packaging: Product's original packaging/ box should be undamaged.
Replacement / Refund shall be processed only in case if the above conditions are met. We would request you to please ensure above for faster processing of your replacement/refund.
The damage conditions for the refurbished products shall be as provided on the product page.
The field executive will refuse to accept a return if any of the above conditions are not met.
For any products for which a refund is to be given, the refund will be processed once the seller has received the returned product.
Note: Prebooking amount paid is non-refundable & non-transferable if the order is denied by you while delivery. The amount is refunded in case the order is cancelled before shipment.

You can visit the 'My Orders' section of your Mobuyls account to check the status of your return, or you can contact our Help desk.
2. If I request for a replacement, when will I get it?
Visit 'My Orders' to check the status of your replacement or call up our support @ +918851405415 or 9354750718 The replacement is initiated after the original delivered item is picked up. Please check the SMS & email we send you for your replacement request for more details, or can visit our Helpdesk on any working days.
3. Can items be returned after the time period mentioned in the Returns Policy?
No, sellers will not be able to accept returns after the time period mentioned in the return's policy.
4. Do I have to return the accessories when I return a product?
Yes, the accessories if any have to be returned along with the product.
5. What should I do if I have an issue with my product after the return period?
All products sold on Mobuyls are covered under limited warranty for a period as described in the warranty card or website at the time of purchase of the device. Refund Policy
1. What is the Condition Of Refund?
Refund is only initiated in case the product is returned within the return period window (3 days from the date of delivery) for the reasons specified as below.
i. Mismatch in Product received with respect to product ordered.
ii. Functional defect in the product.
iii. Replacement not available or replacement not being availed.
iv. The grade mentioned on the website doesn’t match with the grade of phone delivered.
2. My bank is still deducting EMI even though I have cancelled my order, why?
Please get in touch with your card issuing bank, and they will help you out.
3. My order has been cancelled, when will I get my refund?
Once your order is cancelled, and you receive a confirmation from us saying that your refund has been initiated, it will be credited as per the following timelines depending on your mode of payment. Refunds will be credited to the same mode from which you made payment and take 7–10 days to reflect, depending on banks.
4. I have returned my product, when will I get my refund?
Refund is initiated once the seller receives the device. It takes 7–10 days of time to reflect in the bank account / credit card / or the payment mode depending on the bank.
5. How can I know the status of my refund?

6. How will I get my refund for returning an item I paid for with Pre-Booking /Prepaid Option?
For your 'Pre-Booking/Prepaid ' order, you will get the amount refunded to your bank account. You can update your bank account details with our Help desk while opting for a refund.
Cancellation Policy
1. Can I cancel my order?
Yes, you can only cancel the order before it has been shipped.
2. Can my cancelled order be reinstated?
No, sellers do not have an option to reinstate an order after it has been cancelled. You can only place a new order for the products that were part of the cancelled order.
3. I've multiple products in a single order, will one product cancel all the other products in the order?
As of now, we don’t have this option to cancel a single order in a multiple products order. But you can certainly visit our helpdesk and request the same. We will do it internally with sellers.
